After the Grind
I'm totally fascinated about how people live a good and intentionally life after they go from high drive 60+ weeks to a new gear. I have sketched out books on the topic, and some friends and colleagues of mine have started a monthly forum for discussion.

Learning Spanish
Oh my, learning Spanish is so hard. Daily lessons in Costa Rica, 2 week immersion school in Turrialba (link) help keep me motivated!
Health and Wellbeing
Daily yoga stretch and active minutes hiking, biking, walking, strength training, Zumba for fun, water, and CLEAN food; these are my goals at the moment. Here are some links to some cool resources… I also try for an annual pilgrimage to Kripalu or Omega (links). The last workshop I did was Unwinding Anxiety- check it out!
Art
It's off and on a bit, but I am not stopping. Check out my Insta Art page and artists I love to learn from or follow. I'm also passionate about music with soul… reggae, soul, r&b, gospel, sutras, chants, and robust classical orchestras.
Fostering Pups
Travel doesn’t allow for our own dog or cat but fostering at Marys dogs (link) fuels my soul and brings out the kinder, gentler side of me. Check out some of our cutie foster pups.
